3 - 5 years relevant experience ideally in a multi-country or regional environment

A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking an IMMEDIATE Regional Accountant to support financial operations across multiple countries. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full monthly accounting close across multiple entities in line with group deadlines
- Prepare and post journal entries (accruals provisions allocations recharges)
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations resolving discrepancies timeously
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
- Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable including aging and collections support
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and support cash management
- Assist with inventory accounting stock counts and variance investigations
- Support statutory compliance and reconciliations
- Assist with external and internal audits including preparation of audit schedules
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure consistent accounting practices
- Contribute to system improvements and process standardisation initiatives
