Senior Back End ( Golang Pyton)

Project Description:
The project focuses on backend development for scalable and high-load services within a mobility platform ecosystem.

The engineer will contribute to system architecture performance optimization and development of new features while ensuring reliability and maintainability of services.

Hard Skills / Must Have:
Solid software system design skills and architectural understanding
Experience with event-driven systems and production environments
Strong knowledge of Go and Python ecosystems
Strong SQL expertise including schema design and optimization for high-load systems
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools and cloud platforms
Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns
Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns
Experience designing observability strategies including logging metrics and tracing

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Design and implement scalable and reliable backend solutions
Conduct technical research and contribute to system architecture
Collaborate across teams to deliver optimal solutions
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Write clean maintainable and efficient code
Own the lifecycle of backend services including deployment and monitoring
Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices
