Job Description
1. Handle customer service inquiries and complaints regarding orders inventory shipment logistics and returns/exchanges through online systems.
2. Coordinate with internal warehouse logistics and operations teams to drive timely resolution and closure of issues.
3. Document and report customer feedback and assist in optimizing overseas warehouse service processes.

2熟悉电商平台或跨境物流业务者优先有客服或海外仓相关经验者优先
3熟练操作办公软件
4具备良好的沟通能力服务意识和抗压能力
5工作细致责任心强具备较强的逻辑思维与问题解决能力
Job Requirements
1. Proficiency in English as a working language (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or cross-border logistics is preferred; prior experience in customer service or overseas warehouse operations is a plus.
3. Proficient in office software applications.
4. Strong communication skills customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
5. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility as well as solid logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
