Cranfill Sumner a nationally respected law firm has engaged Calibrate to recruit a Senior Manager Attorney Recruiting & Professional Developmentto shape how the firm attracts develops and supports its attorneys. This strategic hands-on leader will work closely with firm leadership to bring structure consistency and care to recruiting onboarding and professional growth - strengthening the attorney experience and advancing the firms collaborative client-focused culture.

The role in action:

• Lead attorney recruiting for lateral and entry-level hiring
  

• Strengthen recruiting and evaluation processes to support consistency quality and long-term fit

• Build a cohesive firmwide approach to attorney professional development across career stages

• Translate firm priorities into practical recruiting and development initiatives
  

• Establish reliable workflows and reporting that bring clarity and accountability to talent operations

We are seeking candidates who:

• Possess 710 years of experience in attorney recruiting legal talent management or professional services recruiting
  

• Demonstratesuccess with lateral hiring entry-level hiring OCI and Summer Associate Programs
  

• Show a strong understanding of attorney career progression and professional development needs

• Bring the ability to build structured processes and operate independently in a lean environment
  

• Exude credibility when partnering with senior attorneys and firm leadership
  

• Exhibit excellent communication relationship-building and project management skills
