YOUR ROLE
As a Style Captain in this role youll be an essential part of our vibrant team at W Verbier collaborating with Stylists to ensure our guests receive a wow experience from start to finish. With a keen eye for design and a passion for impeccable service youll oversee the daily room control to ensure our rooms are pristine polished and ready to impress.
Youll know all the tricks of the trade to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Whether its working with systems like Opera and Hotsos or using devices like phones and tablets youll navigate it all like a pro to keep everything running smoothly.
Your mission Ensuring that every guest walks into a room that feels like a flawless work of art.
PROFILE
Prior experience in a 5-star hotel you know what luxury service looks like.
A background in the Style (Housekeeping) department youve mastered the art of creating perfect spaces.
Fluent in both French and English communication is key!
A passion for the W brand values: Taste Sound Body Scene and Stance. You live and breathe them.
A sharp eye for detail and a flair for creating exceptional guest experiences.
