YellowSquare Rome is looking for a Square Experiencer (Mixité position). We arent just looking for energy; we are looking for expertise. You will be a cornerstone of the guest experience expertly juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar based on the hostels operational needs.

What youll be doing:

• Advanced Guest Management: Handling check-ins check-outs and complex guest requests with precision and expert problem-solving.
• Bar Excellence: Serving as a point of reference behind the bar ensuring high standards in coffee and mixology while driving guest engagement.
• Experience Ambassadorship: Promoting hostel events and local culture to turn a standard stay into an unforgettable journey.
• Operational Synergy: Collaborating across departments to optimize workflows and maintain high operational standards.
• Mentorship: Using your experience to lead by example helping junior team members maintain high energy and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 2/3 years of experience in similar roles (Reception Bartending or Barista).
• Multitasking & Focus: The ability to handle high-pressure situations and fast-paced shifts with a calm professional attitude.
• Flexibility: Full availability for a shift-based schedule including nights weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality DNA: A genuine passion for people and excellence in customer service.
• Linguistic Skills: High proficiency in English and Italian (additional languages are a significant advantage).

What we offer:

• Contract: CCNL Turismo 4th Level.
• Salary: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of 23249.66.
• Initial Term: 3-month fixed-term contract (Full-time or Part-time) with a flexible MonSun schedule and a view toward long-term stability.
