As a Senior Manager Entrepreneurship Delivery you will:

• Forge strategic partnerships with industry government and investors to accelerate entrepreneurial outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement to drive unified universitywide innovation initiatives.
• Build and execute a strategy that expands Deakins innovation ecosystem through new experiential learning and entrepreneurial connections.
• Secure sponsorships and collaborations that strengthen and sustain program offerings and commercial opportunities.
• Position Deakin as a thought leader by delivering agile highquality innovation programs supported by strong governance and effective program delivery.

To be successful youll have:

• Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources.
• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in program facilitation workshop design or entrepreneurship education.
• Demonstrated experience designing or facilitating workshops training programs or experiential learning activities.
• Experience in entrepreneurship innovation or startup environments with an understanding of venture development activities.
• Experience in initiating development and managing multiple projects simultaneously within an agreed timeframe.
• Extensive experience in establishing and managing stakeholder relationships across all levels including working with industry partners mentors and external facilitators.
