Sales Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator

Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a highly organized detail-oriented team member to support our sales department and ensure every customer receives a consistent high-quality experience from first contact through follow-up.
This is an entry-level role with hands-on training clear structure and strong earning potential as responsibilities grow.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers (phone internet)
- Manage and track all customer communication within our CRM system
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up for all sales leads and showroom visits
- Coordinate and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members
- Support the sales team by maintaining organized workflows and accurate records
- Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming dealership experience
- Identify gaps in communication or follow-up and proactively address them

- Comfortable using computers CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
