Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and front desk protocols at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity verify identification and/or credentials manage visitor check-in processes and communicate with appropriate contacts regarding guest access.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details through proper site and Allied Universal channels.
• Answer phones assist with inquiries maintain logs and front desk records and support security-related operations with professionalism and attention to site policies.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points monitoring the reception area and addressing concerns according to post orders and emergency response guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
