POSITION:12-Month Secretary ï½ North Hills High School

Minimum Qualifications:

school diploma or G.E.D.;
years secretarial experience;
of Google Suite Applications preferred;
to work with others;
interpersonal skills;

This position supports the High School Administrators in all aspects of school administration; duties include but are not limited to handling phone calls greeting visitors data entry and recordkeeping of student and staff information and any other duties as assigned by administration.

Hours:6:30 a.m. ï½ 3:00 p.m. with a one-hour unpaid lunch

Compensation:

o$17.71/hour 7.5 hours/day 260 days/year
oIndividual health dental and vision insurance at nominal contribution; option to waive individual health insurance for cash payment
oUp to 13 PTO days; up to 10 vacation days in first 5 years of employment; 13 paid holidays
oPSERS Retirement System
