About this position:

As part of the Human Resources Team this position supports the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of LMCUs people systems with a strong emphasis on reporting and data insights for HR operations. The People Systems and Reporting Analyst partners with HR Organizational Development IT and business stakeholders to maintain accurate employee data provide employee support assist with configuration and business process changes (within assigned permissions) and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards that enable timely decision-making.

What youll do:

Workday Reporting & Analytics

  • Works with the People Analytics team to build maintain and support a portfolio of Workday reports and dashboards by gathering requirements documenting definitions validating results and managing a basic intake process for reporting requests.
  • Owns the recurring reporting cadence for assigned operational reports and helps standardize metric definitions and report logic.
  • Provides data extracts to support business needs while ensuring appropriate controls confidentiality and data privacy.

Workday Administration & Business Process Support

  • Serves as a subject matter expert for HR and OD stakeholder Workday questions and requests completing research and escalating items that require security changes or complex configuration.
  • Analyzes Workday configuration and current business processes and recommends updates and system changes and creates resources and job aids to reinforce consistent self-service and HR processes.

Data Quality Governance & Documentation

  • Maintains HR data quality in Workday by monitoring data entry standards performing regular audits and reconciliations (e.g. worker status job/position data supervisory organizations) and partnering with HR to correct issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Creates and updates documentation for Workday procedures data definitions and process flows and supports testing/QA for configuration and reporting changes (e.g. new custom reports and calculated fields) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Integrations Testing & Releases

  • Partners with internal IT and vendors to support Workday integrations and data feeds by assisting with data validation monitoring and issue triage and escalating technical defects or changes to the appropriate IT owner.
  • Participates in Workday biannual release activities by completing assigned regression testing validating impacts to reports/dashboards and business processes and documenting changes.
  • Supports enhancements and implementations through requirements gathering testing support user communications and training coordination.

What youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Two to four years of experience supporting Workday (HR Recruiting Time Tracking Benefits Payroll Learning) and/or HRIS administration HR operations or HR reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal IT owners on Workday security and complex configuration including clear requirements handoffs timely escalation and validation of outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday data and processes (e.g. worker/job/position data supervisory organizations business processes security roles reporting) and coordinating with IT or vendors on integrations and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Workday custom reports; experience with calculated fields dashboards BI tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail customer service mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate data privacy practices.
