Location: Juno Beach FL (Onsite 5 days/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives within a large utilities organization. This role requires strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex development Experience Cloud and system integrations with the ability to build scalable high-performance applications supporting a large user base.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full SDLC and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using:

Apex Classes Triggers Batch Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Build and enhance Experience Cloud (Community) portals for internal and external users

Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement end-to-end solutions

Develop custom workflows validations and automation using Flows and Process Builder

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using:

REST/SOAP APIs

Middleware tools (e.g. MuleSoft)

Optimize application performance considering governor limits and large data volumes

Work extensively with standard and custom objects (Accounts Contacts Cases etc.)

Support data migration and data management using Data Loader and APIs

Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives

Ensure code quality through testing debugging and code reviews

Manage deployments using CI/CD tools (GitHub Jenkins Gearset)

Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of Salesforce development experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

Apex (Classes Triggers Test Classes)

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Visualforce (for legacy enhancements)

Experience with:

Experience Cloud / Community Cloud

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Strong knowledge of:

SOQL SOSL and Salesforce governor limits

Data modeling security (Profiles Roles Permission Sets)

Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Jenkins Gearset)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Exposure to OmniStudio / Vlocity (FlexCards OmniScripts)

Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities

Experience building large-scale platforms (high user volume environments)

Knowledge of UI/UX implementation (Figma to LWC)

Certifications (Nice to Have)

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce AI Associate / Agentforce Specialist
