Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist with extensive experience in networking technologies and Audio Visual systems particularly with Cisco Webex. The ideal candidate will understand networking infrastructure and have hands-on experience with Webex Boards and related connectivity. This role involves technical analysis gathering requirements and providing systems support while ensuring high-quality documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical analysis of existing network/Webex infrastructure.
Gather and define business functional and technical requirements for Cisco Webex.
Install configure and test IT infrastructure components and systems.
Create technical documentation and training materials.
Review technical deliverables for large-scale projects.

Required Technical Skills:

In-depth understanding of networking technologies and Audio Visual integration.
Extensive experience with Cisco Webex setup and support.
Knowledge of network infrastructures firewalls and unified communications.
Proven track record of technical documentation and training material creation.
Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
