Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist with extensive experience in networking technologies and Audio Visual systems particularly with Cisco Webex. The ideal candidate will understand networking infrastructure and have hands-on experience with Webex Boards and related connectivity. This role involves technical analysis gathering requirements and providing systems support while ensuring high-quality documentation and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical analysis of existing network/Webex infrastructure.
- Gather and define business functional and technical requirements for Cisco Webex.
- Install configure and test IT infrastructure components and systems.
- Create technical documentation and training materials.
- Review technical deliverables for large-scale projects.
Required Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of networking technologies and Audio Visual integration.
- Extensive experience with Cisco Webex setup and support.
- Knowledge of network infrastructures firewalls and unified communications.
- Proven track record of technical documentation and training material creation.
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
