Job Summary

Job Title: Operations Analyst
Job Location: Jersey City NJ 07311
Job Duration: 6 months extension

Summary:

We are seeking a senior Operations Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD.
This individual needs to be adept at monitoring the production batch stream cycle of CyberDW diagnose job failures (i.e. ETL jobs CDQ jobs QA jobs DLP jobs event monitoring jobs) as well as escalate failures according to protocol.
This individual will be responsible for creating playbooks SOPs as well as coordinate with the Cyber Data team about production releases and issues with CyberDW.
Supports organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes identifying improvement opportunities and assisting with data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance.

Skills:

Any exposure to SQL and relational databases is a MUST.
Proficient in Python a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context.
Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in business analysis operations or process improvement.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
