Management modules.
Practical application of ITIL framework specifically Incident and Problem Management
processes and best practices.
Experience coordinating Major Incidents under pressure with strong facilitation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Whys
Fishbone etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools for incident trends and
performance metrics.
Best-have: ITIL v4 certified.
