Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems IT infrastructure networks cybersecurity and CCTV surveillance operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting end users coordinating with vendors ensuring system uptime and driving smooth ERP implementation and adoption across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ERP implementation support testing training and user adoption.
- Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
- Manage IT infrastructure including desktops laptops printers servers and software applications.
- Administer LAN/WAN Wi-Fi routers switches firewalls and network security.
- Install configure and maintain CCTV cameras NVR/DVR systems and surveillance infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for hardware software email ERP and network-related issues.
- Manage data backup recovery antivirus endpoint security and access controls.
- Maintain IT documentation asset inventory SOPs and performance reports.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors hardware suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science Computer Engineering Electronics & Communication or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP support ERP implementation or IT Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering industrial or production environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Microsoft Dynamics Oracle ERP Odoo ERPNext or Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of Windows Administration Active Directory hardware troubleshooting networking and cybersecurity.
- Experience with LAN/WAN routers switches VPNs firewalls and backup solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
ERP Implementation IT Infrastructure Management Network Administration CCTV Surveillance Active Directory Windows Administration Cybersecurity Backup & Recovery Vendor Management Helpdesk Support.
