D365 F&O Technical Architect

1) Experience

• Minimum 12 years of ERP / Microsoft Dynamics experience with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical architecture
• Must have delivered at least 3 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations covering design build deployment and go-live support
• Strong business process exposure in Production Manufacturing Supply Chain and Logistics
• Experience in process manufacturing formula-based production batch-controlled inventory and plant logistics environments
• Prior experience supporting agri-manufacturing food chemical or batch-based industries is highly preferred
• Strong experience leading technical teams development workstreams release governance and solution standardization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively interact with client IT teams business users implementation partners and cross-functional technical teams
• Ability to work closely with production plants warehouse operations logistics teams procurement and finance stakeholders
• Experience in multi-site plant and warehouse operations preferred

2) Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on X development expertise including extensions services batch jobs forms tables classes SSRS workflows Electronic Reporting and business events
• Ability to own end-to-end technical architecture TDDs coding standards and extensibility strategy
• Deep technical expertise supporting production orders formula and batch manufacturing supply chain transactions warehouse mobility and logistics workflows
• Strong experience in integration design and development using OData Data Entities DMF Dual Write custom APIs Azure Logic Apps Service Bus and middleware platforms
• Experience integrating D365 F&O with MES warehouse systems weighbridge solutions barcode/labelling transport management logistics partners and external procurement systems
• Strong understanding of inventory dimensions LOT / Batch Traceability FEFO/FIFO movements warehouse picking putaway dispatch and transportation integrations
• Expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines LCS code branching deployment governance and release orchestration
• Must be capable of leading developers conducting code reviews defining development standards and helping teams unblock complex technical issues
• Strong experience in performance tuning troubleshooting batch job failures integration issues data inconsistencies and production support challenges
• Ability to design scalable upgrade-safe Microsoft best-practice aligned solutions for high-volume manufacturing and logistics environments
