Job Summary
A healthcare facility is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical operations including patient care vitals monitoring and phlebotomy. The role involves working closely with providers in an outpatient setting including care for OB/GYN patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Record patient vital signs accurately
- Perform phlebotomy procedures
- Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures
- Support care for OB and GYN patient populations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean safe and organized clinical environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification
- One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience working with OB/GYN patients
