Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Developer-MERN Stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development with a focus on and coupled with proven experience in leading a team of engineers. As a Senior developer you will be responsible for driving the technical direction ensuring high code quality and delivering scalable solutions for complex applications.
Position: Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)
Location: Mohali / Hyderabad
Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer youll own end-to-end development of core SaaS platform featuresfrom designing scalable APIs and building responsive React interfaces to optimizing database performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement RESTful APIs in Build and maintain complex front-end applications using React including state management component testing and performance tuning.
Model data and optimize queries in MongoDB for large volumes of CRM data.
Collaborate with product management design and QA to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
Drive best practices in code quality testing and CI/CD.
Troubleshoot production issues and lead performance optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
9 years professional experience in full-stack development with React and MongoDB.
Deep understanding of REST API design microservices and scalability patterns.
Strong testing skills (unit integration end-to-end) using Jest React Testing Library or similar.
Hands on experience with AWS services like Lambda Cloud watch EventBridge Cloud front S3 AWS ..
Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with TypeScript GraphQL or serverless architectures.
Knowledge of Kubernetes Docker and container orchestration.
Experience with building AI Agents (Bonus)
Background in Sales or CRM domain.
