As a Service Manager your duties will include:

  • Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services
  • Setting quality standards and maintaining thequality of all shopactivities
  • Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous professional manner
  • Advising techniciansof work that must be completed
  • Ensuring technicians compliance with company standardsregardingquality safety and customer service
  • Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees suppliers and customers
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Our ideal candidate has/is:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Service Manager Service Advisor providing Service Estimation or Automotive Service Technician
  • Knowledge of mechanical services
  • Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • A customer service focus
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvements
  • Flexible patient and calm when working with tight schedules
