Turn Conversations Into Cars (Yes Really)

Most people see a job title like Vehicle Acquisition Specialist and have no idea what that means.

Heres the simple version:
People go online to see what their car is worth.
Youre the person who turns that curiosity into an appointmentand ultimately a deal.

The Role (No Fluff):
Youll be working a steady stream of inbound leads from people who already want to sell their vehicle. Your job is to:

  • Reach out quickly (phone text email)

  • Build trust in the first conversation

  • Get them scheduled for an in-store appraisal

  • Keep your pipeline organized and moving

  • Follow up like a pro (because most people dont answer the first time)

Youre not appraising cars.
Youre not wrenching in a shop.
Youre the bridge between interest and action.

What This Job Really Is:

  • Part customer service

  • Part sales

  • Part problem-solving

  • A lot of communication and follow-up

Youll Do Well Here If You:

  • Are comfortable on the phone (and dont avoid it)

  • Know how to talk to people without sounding scripted

  • Can stay organized with multiple conversations happening at once

  • Dont give up after one attemptyou follow up and close the loop

  • Like the idea of turning a maybe into a yes

This Probably Isnt for You If You:

  • Dislike making outbound calls

  • Struggle with staying organized or managing a pipeline

  • Prefer hands-on/mechanical work over communication

  • Wait for things to happen instead of making them happen

  • Deep knowledge of cars

  • Sales experience (we can teach processattitude matters more)
