Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Data Center

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale mission-critical data center projects from design through commissioning and handover. This role requires strong expertise in civil structural MEP and IT/ICT systems with full responsibility for project delivery timelines cost quality and risk.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data center projects
• Develop execution strategies phasing plans and master schedules
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements

Schedule & Risk Management

• Develop and manage baseline schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Conduct delay analysis recovery planning and risk mitigation
• Identify dependencies and proactively manage constraints

Stakeholder Management

• Manage multidisciplinary teams (Civil MEP IT/ICT Commissioning)
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and authorities
• Support commercial teams on claims RFIs and change management

Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee Level 1–5 Testing & Commissioning (T&C)
• Ensure successful integrated systems testing and project handover
• Drive documentation and operational readiness

Reporting & Governance

• Maintain dashboards reports and performance tracking
• Present updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Improve PMO processes and delivery frameworks

Requirements

Experience

• 10 years of project management experience
• Strong background in data center / mission-critical projects
• Experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record in scheduling delay analysis and recovery planning

Skills

• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of data center delivery risks and constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP / PMI-SP / AACE PSP (preferred)
• Knowledge of Uptime Institute ASHRAE standards (advantage)
