Job Title: AGM / DGM – Production (Sterile)
Position Summary:
Lead end-to-end sterile manufacturing operations ensuring compliance with cGMP EHS and global regulatory standards while driving operational excellence quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations from material procurement to product dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP EHS and regulatory requirements; maintain plant hygiene and controlled environments.
- Lead and manage production teams ensuring optimal utilization of manpower materials and equipment.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives including lean practices GEMBA yield improvement and waste reduction.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets with a focus on quality and safety.
- Coordinate regulatory and customer audits; ensure timely closure of observations.
- Review and approve qualification/validation documents (URS DQ FAT SAT IQ OQ PQ).
- Collaborate with R&D/MSTG for technology transfer validation batches and troubleshooting.
- Manage CAPEX projects and support new product introductions.
- Monitor budgets and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure robust documentation practices and data integrity.
- Participate in management reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
- /
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sterile/parenteral manufacturing including leadership roles
