We are currently hiring a Staff Nurse Float Team to join and support the team at a reputable nursing home in Ireland.
Location: On-site Dublin Ireland
Job Type: Casual / Part-TimeResponsibilities
Deliver safe high-quality patient-centred nursing care
Provide support across multiple wards as required
Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and teams
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional standards
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
Monitor patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
Promote patient safety dignity and confidentiality
Support infection prevention and control practices
Assist in emergency situations as needed
Participate in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registration
Previous experience in an acute hospital setting in Ireland
Reliable motivated and highly adaptable
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently with confidence
