Staff Nurse Float Team (Casual/Part-Time)

We are currently hiring a Staff Nurse Float Team to join and support the team at a reputable nursing home in Ireland.
Location: On-site Dublin Ireland
Job Type: Casual / Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe high-quality patient-centred nursing care
- Provide support across multiple wards as required
- Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and teams
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional standards
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Monitor patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Promote patient safety dignity and confidentiality
- Support infection prevention and control practices
- Assist in emergency situations as needed
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registration
- Previous experience in an acute hospital setting in Ireland
- Reliable motivated and highly adaptable
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently with confidence
