Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support physical therapy services in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans and help patients improve mobility strength and overall functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Active Florida PTA License Required at time of submission
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
