TITLE:Program Budget Analyst

LOCATION:Mark Center - Alexandria VA ( IN PERSON)
Required Skills and Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the DoDs Planning Programming Budget and Execution process.
- Experience with the DoDs Program Objective Memorandum cycle budget estimate process and the Presidents budget process.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with managing financial programs projects or budgets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills both written and oral to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in any field of study.
- Preferred certificate degree or higher-level education to be in business finance or accounting discipline.
- Experience as a Contract Officer Representative.
- Experience with OSD CAPE (cost assessment and program evaluation) processes.
- Experience with DoD Force Management.
- Experience with the DoD Defense Agencies Initiative.
- Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the
- Secretary of Defense Joint Staff Services and Combatant Commands) (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level)
- Knowledge of or experience with OIE related field(s).
