Job Description:
As the founding Customer Success Specialist you will lead the post-sale journey for youth academies and sports centers. You will design onboarding processes ensure customer ROI and act as the primary voice of the customer. This is a high-impact role building the CS function from scratch at a growing NYC startup.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new youth sports academies to ensure seamless AI integration and rapid value realization.

• Manage ongoing client relationships and retention efforts translating complex product features into simple actionable business outcomes for non-technical users.

• Partner with the product team to provide internal customer feedback driving the feature roadmap based on real-world usage and academy owner needs.

The ideal candidate:

• Background in management tech or implementation consulting with a strong desire to transition into a hands-on early-stage startup environment.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships with a bias toward action and high empathy for small business operators and educators.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical value propositions into simple relatable terms for non-technical audiences.
