Purpose of Role: As a Branch Administrator you will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the ESCO Supply and Service Branch supporting inventory control order processing and customer administration. You will play a key role in solving real-world challenges working with purpose while delivering results that support customers daily operations and a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the ESCO Supply and Service Branch.
- Ensure the availability of products to customers by maintaining accurate inventory control & forecasting.
- Processing of customer sales orders returns credits and invoices through established standards and procedures.
- Customer support administration including credit applications past due invoice inquiries and price list updates.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification with a relevant diploma or certificate in Office Administration Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role within a mining manufacturing or related environment including customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with high accuracy.
