We are looking for an experiencedWRITERto join our team inBangkokThailand.Thisin-personroleat the BCG Office in Bangkokoffers a unique opportunity to shape compelling narratives support strategic storytelling and contribute to purpose-driven projects.You will collaborate with creatives strategists and consultants to craft impactful messaging for a diverse range of clientsin English and potentially other languages that youare fluent(extra language abilityis a bigplus we work with clients in Thailand Indonesia Malaysia Singapore Vietnam and potentially other nations).

RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE

• Contribute creative conceptsand eloquent wordsacross all client engagementsand activelyparticipatein meetings and critiques (both in-person and virtual)

• Collaborate closely with designers art directors creative directors and strategists to develop impactful work

• Conduct conceptual exploration and continuously refine ideas to achieve the highest quality output

• Consistently deliver work that is both relevant and unexpected

• Communicate effectively in English with team members clients and external partners and in any other languages you speak with relevant clients

• Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels in a professional and effective manner

• Seek opportunities for personal creative growth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail problem-solving ability and solid planning/organizational capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English for effective communication and writing in a global business environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai or another Southeast Asian language to liaise with local-speaking clients

• Highproficiencyin writing across formats includingpurposelinestaglinesvisionlinesmissionsmanifestosvaluesspeechesslidetitlesworksheetsthoughtleadershiptalkingpoints andbriefsfor multiple clients simultaneously

• Ability to think conceptually and contribute to idea development

• Experience in a related field or work environment is preferred
