Program Manager, Sub Same Day Delivery, Central Operations Strategy

Sub Same Day (SSD) Delivery is looking for Program Managers to join our team and help us reimagine how we get packages to customers doorstepsfaster and better than ever before.

Heres what youll be doing: Youll lead programs that centralize and automate how we operate working across Operations Supply Chain Product and Quality teams. Your job is to spot inefficiencies design solutions and make them happen. Whether its streamlining a process that touches hundreds of delivery stations or building automation that eliminates manual work youll be solving real problems that directly impact how quickly and reliably customers receive their orders.

This isnt a behind-the-scenes role. Youll have high visibility with leadership and see the results of your work show up in customer experience almost immediately. Every process you improve means faster deliveries lower costs and happier customers.

Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of centralization programs - Eliminate manual work and streamline operations across multiple teams. Youll be the go-to person from initial planning through launch and beyond.
Shape how we operate at scale - Design processes that work across hundreds of delivery stations influencing how Operations Supply Chain and Product teams collaborate to serve customers better.
Turn data into action - Write Python scripts and SQL queries to automate repetitive analysis uncover inefficiencies and build dashboards that help leaders make faster decisions.
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions - Translate what operations teams need into product requirements negotiate priorities with engineering and lead rollouts that actually get adopted.
Drive decisions with evidence - Dig into complex data identify patterns and present insights that shift how we think about delivery speed cost and quality.

A day in the life
Your day starts by spotting challenges that impact delivery speed cost or quality. Youre pulling data writing SQL queries and designing solutions with operations product and engineering teams. Youll present programs to leadership troubleshoot launches and visit delivery stations to see your work in action. Youll track metrics before and after each launch to ensure success criteria are metmaking a lasting difference through structured impactful work.

About the team
Youll join a team that sits at the intersection of operations and technology translating real delivery challenges into automated solutions that work across the network. Your teammates each own different programsweather disruptions route optimization process automationso youll collaborate daily while driving your own initiatives independently. Youll work closely with supply chain product and engineering teams to identify solutions and prioritize initiatives that address the gaps. Together were making same-day delivery faster and more reliable for customers.

- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
