Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute the process of collecting food samples as per QA documentation requirement
- Manage the entire fleet of cleaners and cleaning processes as per company requirements.
- On the job Training as per company requirements as per QA and Qpro requirements
- Full execution of kitchen and Food court maintenance plan with daily logging and follow up schedule as well as weekly submission to all stakeholders concerned
- Maintain orderly filing system of relevant records and reports as per Qpro requirements.
- Ensure that the Companys standard on cleanliness and hygiene is adhered to
- Issue warnings for non-compliant of health and safety procedures
- Follow up on progress of each unit
- Resolve complaints in an effective and constructive manner informing all stakeholders on resolution
- Manage all IOD claims and submissions
- May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility
