About the role:

Are you looking for an opportunity to innovate with brands Involving the development of strategy creative conceptscontentand campaign implementationThis role will be underpinned by passion and ambition and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.

The Project Manageris responsible forrunning creative and production processes and to drive a project from brief to delivery. They work with the AccountMangerand Resourcing Team to schedule projects and resource and help source the right talents both internally and externally tofulfillprojects to the highest standards. They have a good understanding of digitaldisciplines andare confident working in agency teams. They create timing plans and budgets within our Traffic system assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creativeoutputand ensure the projects they own run on time and on budget.

You will need to be great with creative teams and account teams alikehard workingand passionate about creative and producing the best product you can. Process is key and someone who really respects and understands that although creative needs freedom it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow it to thrive.

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an we want to see is a proventrack recordof producing multiple complex projects. You should have meticulous attention to detail understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and you will have proven yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects.

Most important this role requires a courteouspositiveand high-energy individual with great people skills. We valuehard work and we want to have fun doing it.


What you will be doing:

Project Set Up

  • Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief tofulfillment.
  • Working closely with strategy and account teams in preparing advertising strategy and milestones for the client.
  • Liaising with clients todeterminecampaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
  • Identifyingexploitingand managing ad hoc opportunities when they arise.
  • Working with account teams to agree and create timing plans and estimates within our internal Traffic system.
  • Estimating complex cross-platform projects.

Project Delivery

  • Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resource where necessary.
  • Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with Digital / Print Producers to unify skills needed to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines.
  • Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes where necessary.
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.

Reporting

  • Provide job reporting to the Group Account Director on a regular basis to ensure projectsare running correctlyto budget and schedule.
  • Ensures they understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects ina timelyandaccuratemanner.
  • Escalates any queries concerning invoicing or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to GAD.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency.
  • Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability toidentifyand manage project risk.
  • Strongtrack recordin executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Used toleveragingthe experience of video and photography Producers as part ofa holistic approachto campaign execution.
  • Previousexperience of Project Budget Management and Scheduling.
  • Previousexperience of Resource and Production services sourcing.
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Have a positive can-do outlook willing toleveragepast experienceto provide the best solution for each project you own.
  • Be willing to share your experience where relevant and when it adds to the offering to the client.
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delaysadditionalamendsand re-briefs.
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the projectobjectives.
  • Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client and Account Mangers in the life cycle of a digital project.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilstmaintaininga top tier agency service.
  • Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce would be a bonus.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
