IT Project Manager (Enterprise Projects)

Joining us as an IT Project Manager you will take an active role in planning coordinating and delivering enterprise IT initiatives - working closely with experienced colleagues technical experts and clients to turn strategy into results. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of delivery stakeholder alignment and execution excellence.

As an IT Project Manager you will:

• Drive the delivery of IT projects for enterprise clients managing day-to-day execution to ensure scope timelines budget and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors ensuring clear communication accountability and timely resolution of risks and issues.
• Lead resource planning and allocation in collaboration with senior delivery managers and technical leads.
• Track project progress and performance monitor delivery metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle maintaining strong relationships and high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture by sharing knowledge fostering collaboration and guiding junior team members through complex challenges.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4 years of professional experience in IT project management project coordination or delivery roles - ideally within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall and tools like Jira Azure DevOps or Trello.
• A solid understanding of IT systems software development lifecycles and/or enterprise architecture concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams.
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to identify risks make decisions and escalate issues when needed.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in sectors such as finance banking healthcare manufacturing or retail.
• Exposure to cloud technologies DevOps practices or digital transformation initiatives.
• A recognized project management certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
