Vendor Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding Proactively identify reach out to and recruit new vendors in low coverage areas. Own the onboarding process from first contact through full certification.
• Vendor Network Development Continuously build and expand a reliable vendor network to support operational demand and improve coverage.
• Vendor Performance Management Monitor vendor performance address gaps and implement corrective actions or replacements as needed to meet client SLAs.
• Demand Planning Anticipate coverage needs and take proactive action ahead of demand to avoid delays and aging orders.
• Vendor Engagement Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding assignments expectations and performance.
• Additional duties when indicated

Qualifications :

• Self-starter with a hustler mentalitysomeone who doesnt wait for direction and actively goes after results
• Strong ability to find leads cold reach out and convert vendors into active partners
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the team
• Strong communication skills (phone email follow-ups) and ability to build relationships quickly
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel (basic reporting tracking follow-ups); PowerPoint is a plus
• Excellent English language skills written and spoken
• Spoken Spanish is a plus but not required.
