CP Trialing Manager

• Strategically plan and design seasonal trial programs across multiple crops and locations through Bio-balancing
• Implement comprehensive trial protocols adhering to scientific standards
• Optimize trial layouts for statistical validity and resource efficiency
• Establish clear timelines and milestones for each trial phase
• Lead and mentor trial execution teams
• Facilitate regular team training sessions on:
  • Crop agronomy fundamentals
  • Protocol compliance
  • Safety procedures
  • Data collection methods
• Build technical capabilities through Back to Basics training programs
• Ensure precise application of treatments and accurate pest/disease scoring

• Allocate to trials to key geographics according to the pest availability and commercial viability.
• Supervise EzCap data entry and validation
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection
• Coordinate with data analysts for proper data transfer
• Regular visits to local trial sites
• Maintain comprehensive trial documentation
• Generate quality reports and analysis
• Build strong relationships with internal teams:

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in agriculture Plant Protection or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in agricultural research/trials
