作为工艺开发助理经理您将结合市场趋势及客户创意全面负责公司所有外部装饰类辅料(Embelex)的工艺技术开发创新管理与质量控制您需要深入理解设计理念主导从概念到实物转换的全部流程并提供技术解决方案确保产品在品质成本交期和可持续性上达到最优平衡

As a Process Development Assistant Manager you will be fully responsible for the process technology development innovation management and quality control of all the companys external decorative embellishments (Embelex) by integrating market trends and customer ideas. You will need to deeply understand the design concepts lead the entire process from concept to physical product realization and provide technical solutions to ensure an optimal balance between product quality cost lead time and sustainability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

1. 工艺开发与技术创新
- 结合客户创意需求和设计师共同参与新项目启动从技术可行性角度提供专业意见
- 根据产品设计与策略主导辅料(主要为热转印类产品包括硅胶PUTPU等不同工艺及组合产品)的工艺创新开发与打样
- 研究行业趋势新材料与新工艺推动辅料的技术创新与应用提升产品竞争力
- 建立并维护公司核心Embelex产品库及工艺标准库
- 不定期参展了解行业最新动态及材料趋势和设计师配合做产品推新(推新频次一年四季)

2. 工艺标准与成本管理
- 制定各类产品的工艺标准验收标准以及基本测试标准(如水洗摩擦升华老化等)
- 制定多工艺组合产品的匹配方案(如跨产线产品的组合膜类和印刷产品的结合等)解决工艺技术难点
- 参与产品成本分析通过工艺优化材料替代或方案简化实现降本目标
- 管理产品从开发使用到淘汰的整个生命周期确保技术资料的完整与可追溯

3.  跨部门协同与问题解决
- 作为技术专家为设计开发生产质量等部门提供全程技术支持
- 主导重大辅料质量问题的分析与处理(如客诉批量性问题)制定纠正与预防措施
- 建立内部知识分享体系定期组织技术培训

1. Process Development and Technical Innovation
- Provide professional opinions from a technical feasibility perspective by collaborating with designers and participating in new project kick-offs in line with customer creative requirements.
- Lead the process innovation development and sample creation of Embelex products (primarily heat transfer products including silicone PU TPU and other various processes and combinations) based on product design and strategy.
- Research industry trends new materials and new processes to drive technical innovation and application thereby enhancing product competitiveness.
- Establish and maintain the companys core Embelex product library and process standards database.
- Attend trade shows periodically to understand the latest industry dynamics and material trends and collaborate with designers to launch new products (launch cadence is four seasons per year).

2. Process Standards and Cost Management
- Formulate process standards acceptance criteria and basic testing standards ( crocking dye migration aging) for various product categories.
- Develop matching solutions for multi-process combination products ( products across different production lines or film-printing product combinations) and resolve process and technical difficulties.
- Participate in product cost analysis to achieve cost reduction goals through process optimization material substitution or scheme simplification.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle ensuring the integrity and traceability of technical documentation.

3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Problem Resolution
- Act as a technical expert providing full-process technical support to the Design Development Production and Quality departments.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of major product quality issues (e.g. customer complaints batch-related problems) and formulate corrective and preventive measures.
- Establish an internal knowledge-sharing system and organize regular technical training.
 

Qualifications :

- 大专及以上学历5年及以上服装行业辅料开发或工艺管理相关经验
- 精通各类服装辅料的特性生产工艺测试标准及成本结构
- 熟悉辅料从设计到生产的完整流程了解国内外常用辅料测试标准
- 较好的沟通与影响力能够与不同背景的同事及供应商有效沟通推动技术方案落地
- 优秀的英语读写能力能处理英文技术资料听说能力良好者优先
