EN Sales Executive
Job Summary
- Proactively identify and secure new MICE and group business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing corporate agency and event planner relationships
- Prepare and present tailored proposals aligned with client needs and hotel positioning
- Conduct site inspections and client presentations
- Coordinate closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize conversion and profitability
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure seamless handover of confirmed business to operations for flawless execution
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel sales preferably in MICE or group segments
- Strong knowledge of the Istanbul market and key feeder markets
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly motivated proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
