Senior consultants to our Finance Strategy & GBS team in Stockholm

As a consultant in the Finance Strategy & GBS team you will work with clients to drive innovation and transformation within their finance organizations. Your work may involve developing target operating models implementing systems and processes set up of Shared Service Center strategies driving cost optimization or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. 
 
You work with digital transformations of the finance function in large companies and organizations. Together with a strong team you support the client in handling complex questions often in connection with technology. Your projects can include the whole journey from defining a strategy to the final implementation. 

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience from working with finance transformation projects such as system implementations SSC implementations target operating model or organizational design
• Previous experience from management consulting is beneficial  
• A deep understanding in finance-related processes and a genuine interest in new technologies and how they can be applied and create value for finance 
• Experience in managing parts or entire projects
• Strong analytical skills and an ambition to find the best solution as well as an ability to communicate and build relationships with different stakeholders 
• Strong inner drive and a genuine interest to develop both yourself and others 
• Excellent written and verbal ability in English. Swedish is considered a plus
