Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
Book flights hotels and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Issue reissue and refund flight tickets on GDS
Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications :

At least HS Graduate
At least 1 year experience of using GDS
Proficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangements
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
