Storeman cum Forklift Driver

Green Bean Store

• To discharge Green Coffee Bean (GCB) daily.
• To pack and shrink wrap used coffee bags on the pallet.
• To supply materials and goods as per production or customer needs.
• To collect sample of GCB from every container upon unloading according to Work Instruction.
• To carry out good housekeeping in all warehouse.
• To perform any other duties given by superior.
• Qualified or trained Forklift Driver is needed to drive forklift to do the movement of GCB.

Finished Goods Store

• Receive of Finished Goods (FG) base on Finished Goods Transfer Note and ensure FG are stored in good condition.
• To locate and standby FG for delivery according to First In First Out (FIFO) method and then raise Delivery Packing List.
• Receive empty container for stuffing of FG ensure FG are delivered according to specified requirement and Work Instruction.
• To carry out good housekeeping in all warehouse.
• To perform any other duties given by superior.
• Qualified or trained Forklift Driver is needed to drive forklift to do the movement of FG.

Store Keeper

• Receive unpack check and store goods.
• To manage the Warehouse Department stock incoming or outgoing parts and record of inventory.
• Keeping the store clean tidy and systematic.
• Loading and unloading of goods pick and pack according to delivery order.
• Conduct stock-take as and when required.
• Monitor stock level.

Store Handler

• Assist to supply Raw Materials/ Packaging Material to production daily.

• Assist to ensure the stock balance level for daily Production / Mixer usage.
• Assist to arrange store layout & cleaning of store / warehouse.
• To clear returned Goods.
• To perform overtime and any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications :

• Academic Program: Minimum SPM with Certificate 
• Experienced: A minimum of 2 years working experience in related industry preferably in food & beverage industries.
• Skillset: Experienced and possess forklift license/certification.
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach a driven and energetic personality excellent communication and people skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
