Mandatory Internship in Strategy & Business Development

As part of the Strategy and Business Development department at Bosch Global Business Services the internal service provider of the Bosch Group you have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while supporting business development activities.

• During this internship you will actively support high impact benchmarking studies from data collection and submission to comprehensive results analysis and compelling communication to division stakeholders. 
• With a strong analytical focus you will automate data analyses and prepare management-oriented visualizations using Power BI. 
• You will also contribute to business development by conducting market share analyses supporting growth prognosis processes and providing insights within the service portfolio analytics domain. 
• Finally you will gain insights into our day-to-day work learn how to set up decision papers for division management and support ad-hoc topics within the strategy and new business field.

Qualifications :

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration Economics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: completed internship summer job or working student position; confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with Power Platforms (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate) is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are communicative and highly motivated work independently and apply your analytical skills within a structured working style
• Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (3 office days per week)
• Enthusiasm: interest in the global business services industry and collaboration with diverse international teams
• Languages: fluent in English and beginner in German 

Additional Information :

Start: according to prior agreement (ideally from August 2026)
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required) 

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations recommendation letters (if available) and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
