Brand Communication & Activations: - Deliver brand communication briefs that inspires and drives agency partners to deliver outstandingly creative works. - Set clear KPIs for all brand activations and manage performance of portfolio Develop 12 month rolling brand activity plan (i.e. events PR) with integrated communication programs - Execute operational and logistical process for all brand activation plans
Brand Strategy and Planning: - Develop local communication strategy in line with global strategy and guideline - Partner with Global Brand Company to help them understand local market needs and consumer insights to create brand communication assets
Consumer Insights and Market Intelligence - Deeply understand insights from market consumers competitions and brand performance analysis. - Leverage research and segmentation to understand consumer journey and key occasions - Tap into internal stakeholders (i.e. Sales and trade marketing) to gather holistic view of the market and spot opportunities leverage trends category and consumer understanding to generate actionable insights
Brand budget A&P: - Plan monitor and control Marketing A&P spending to be in line with the agreed brand plan in cooperation with the finance/trade marketing/sales teams.
