As the Physics Lead Practitioner you will drive excellence in Physics teaching across all key stages inspiring ambitious outcomes and shaping the future direction of science provision. You will lead on curriculum development assessment practice and innovative pedagogy ensuring students are fully prepared for success in GCSE and A Level Physics.

You will also play a key role in mentoring colleagues modelling outstanding practice and contributing to wholeschool leadership priorities.
