Logistic Coordinator

We are currently hiring a motivated and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Saskatoon this role you will manage shipments from start to finish including quoting entering orders into TMW (TruckMate) building manifests dispatching drivers and following each load through to POD completion and billing readiness. Youll be in constant communication with drivers and customers dispatching deliveries pre-planning backhaul freight preparing ACE/ACI manifests for cross-border shipments and arranging permits for over-dimensional moves.

What You Bring

Experience as a Logistics Coordinator in transportation
Strong knowledge of Canadian & U.S. shipping regulations
Experience sourcing freight through load boards and customer channels
Flatdeck & over-dimensional freight experience (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
Experience with TruckMate Microsoft Office CBSA ACE Portal and load boards
Flexibility to work varying hours and participate in on-call rotation
