Project Manager for Land Development Daytona Beach

ICI Homes is seeking a motivated Project Manager Land Development to support the planning permitting and execution of residential land development projects from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow into greater leadership responsibility over time.

What You will Do

As a Project Manager you will assist with the day-to-day management and oversight of land development projects at various stages exercising discretion and independent judgment while partnering with internal teams consultants contractors and local agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with permitting and development projects including coordination with consultants contractors and local governments
• Support the creation and tracking of project budgets schedules and feasibility analyses
• Solicit review and evaluate bids and proposals from consultants and contractors; provide internal recommendations
• Assist in monitoring project schedules milestones and goals
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings to align planning construction and aesthetic objectives
• Help identify consultants and assess permitting entitlement scheduling and material risks
• Support oversight of the permitting and entitlement process including attending key meetings with officials as needed
• Assist with construction bid award and contractor selection processes
• Attend construction meetings and visit job sites to evaluate progress
• Manage invoices and track project expenses
• Represent ICI Homes on Homeowner Association (HOA) and Community Development District (CDD) Boards as needed

What We Are Looking For

• 35 years of real estate land development experience including at least 2 years in project management real estate transactions architecture/engineering or infrastructure construction management
• Ability to read analyze and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with community stakeholders
• Commitment tenacity and accountability to help deliver projects on time and within budget
• Willingness to travel to job sites
• Quick learner with a desire to grow into increased leadership responsibilities
• Experience with Community Development Districts (CDD) is a plus
