Job Description

Peterson Cat has a need for a Utility Worker at our Susanville CA location.

SUMMARY

The Utility Person is responsible for assisting the parts departments by stocking and/or pulling inventory. Will also be responsible delivering parts to customers job sites; as well as maintaining parts departments housekeeping.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assist the parts departments with stocking and pulling inventory.

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

• Deliver parts to customers job sites collect necessary documentation and payment.

• Perform miscellaneous clean-up of the parts department and maintain contamination control standards.

• Must be able to perform general labor duties as required.

• Follow all safety procedures.

• Take care of environmental concerns.

• Operate forklift to operate essential functions of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of experience in heavy duty parts department warehouse or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to operate a forklift. Must have a valid Drivers License.

The pay for this position is: $21.55/hr We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.
