We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees at Meyer Plastics Inc. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming and organized reception area provide administrative support and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls emails and inquiries.
Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and presentable.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
Coordinate appointments meetings and conference room schedules.
Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry filing and document handling.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail courier packages and deliveries.
Support HR and administrative teams with onboarding paperwork or general office tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist front desk associate or administrative assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Up to 1 years of relevant experience
