We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees at Meyer Plastics Inc. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming and organized reception area provide administrative support and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls emails and inquiries.
- Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and presentable.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Coordinate appointments meetings and conference room schedules.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry filing and document handling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail courier packages and deliveries.
- Support HR and administrative teams with onboarding paperwork or general office tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist front desk associate or administrative assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Up to 1 years of relevant experience
