Caspeco is entering its next growth phase where consistent reliable and comparable revenue data across countries is critical to performance management investment decisions and long-term value creation.
As our Global Revenue Operations Manager you will play a key role in making this happen. You will drive the development of a unified data-driven and scalable commercial operating model across all markets while ensuring strong execution follow-up and reporting across our international sales organization.
You will own global sales processes CRM governance pipeline management and KPI frameworks - ensuring higher quality speed and transparency in how we operate.
You will work closely with sales leads across Caspeco to drive commercial performance and report structurally to the Group CFO strengthening data governance forecasting maturity and cross-functional alignment.
This role also aims to reduce administrative burden on regional teams requiring close collaboration with the CRO Nordics Country Managers and Sales Directors in Sweden France and BENELUX on a weekly basis.
What youll be doing
1. Driving global sales operations
Own and evolve global sales policies quota frameworks and incentive governance
Define and enforce standardized sales processes across all markets
Establish and manage global operating rhythms (weekly monthly quarterly)
Ensure alignment and consistency across regions
2. Owning and developing our CRM (HubSpot)
Take end-to-end ownership of CRM architecture data model pipelines and automations
Drive the development of HubSpot as Caspecos global commercial system of record
Oversee integrations between CRM finance systems and other platforms
Improve automation reporting accuracy and data quality
Drive adoption and compliance across regional teams
3. Strengthening pipeline and forecasting
Maintain unified stage definitions KPI standards and conversion logic
Lead forecasting together with the CFO CRO Country Managers and Sales leaders
Ensure strong pipeline hygiene data completeness and proactive risk identification
Provide insights to support resource allocation and performance management
4. Turning data into insights
Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and regional teams
Deliver insights to support strategic planning budgeting and decision-making
Conduct funnel analyses and recommend improvements
Act as an internal expert on revenue data and analytics
5. Improving how we work
Define and document global sales processes handoffs and standards
Identify bottlenecks propose improvements and lead implementation initiatives
Collaborate with Product Finance Marketing and Operations
6. Enabling our sales teams
Provide training on CRM sales processes tools and best practices
Develop documentation and onboarding materials
Support new sales hires and leaders during onboarding
Key activities
Continuously monitor pipeline performance CRM data and quality metrics
Lead monthly forecasting sessions with CFO CEO and sales leadership
Create and maintain OKRs and performance reporting
Continuously improve CRM workflows and automations
Drive cross-functional RevOps initiatives
Who you are
Required experience & competencies
5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations preferably in an international environment
Strong expertise in HubSpot (mandatory)
Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting and forecasting
Experience from SaaS or subscription-based business models is highly advantageous
Understanding of system integrations data flows and platform dependencies
Personal attributes
Highly driven structured and self-managing
Strong communicator in English comfortable collaborating across cultures
Pragmatic and data-driven problem solver
Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
