Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL) distribute spare parts and finished goods to Alfa Laval customers all over the succeed with our mission digitalization is a strategically prioritized area with strong support from senior leadership. As part of our central Project Management team you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital roadmap driving initiatives that improve efficiency strengthen decision-making and support the future development of our global parts distribution network.
This is a global role where you will collaborate with stakeholders across Europe Asia and the Americas working closely with operational sites Group Digital business leaders and end users to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Digital Roadmap & Governance: Lead and further develop the global digital roadmap governance framework and pipeline of initiatives within PDL.
Project Leadership: Manage digital transformation projects from planning through implementation ensuring delivery on time within scope and within budget.
Digital Innovation: Drive business improvements through digital solutions including AI RPA data analytics Power BI and other emerging technologies.
Community Leadership: Build digital capabilities across PDL by facilitating workshops sharing best practices and promoting the adoption of new ways of working.
Tech Scouting: Stay updated of industry trends by exploring and integrating technologies that add value to the organization.
This position is based in Lund Sweden and includes international travel to our sites across Europe Asia and the USA (approximately 2040 days per year).

What you know
To succeed in this role we believe you have:
At least 5 years of experience managing projects preferably within digital transformation process improvement or business development initiatives.
A proven track record of leading digitalization initiatives within supply chain logistics operations data management or related business areas.
Experience working with digital and data ecosystems such as Power BI ServiceNow RPA platforms AI solutions or similar technologies.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple functions and organizational levels.
The ability to drive projects in international and matrix organizations.
A university degree in Engineering System Science Business Administration or a related field.
Professional fluency in English both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.
