Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Sales Specialist to support our International Key Account this role you will play a key part in coordinating sales activities supporting tender submissions and ensuring smooth execution of commercial agreements for large international customers. This position is ideal for a structured analytical and proactive individual who enjoys working across international teams and contributing to large-scale business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the preparation of business proposals commercial documentation and strategic presentations supporting Key Account Managers and driving high-quality sales execution.
Prepare and complete RFP/RFQ submissions coordinating across international teams and internal stakeholders ensuring accuracy and delivering high-impact proposals within tight deadlines.
Collaborate with teams across markets to gather inputs share insights support the rollout of international deals and track progress across regions.
Maintain and enhance documentation reports and internal tools that support the Key Account Management team in close cooperation with other departments.
Develop and improve the quality of the customer database ensuring accurate information for customer contacts and sales information.
Support customer interactions prepare executive-level materials and ensure effective follow-up to drive strong account management.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in automotive sales business support or commercial operations role (familiarity with bid or tender processes is an advantage).
Strong communication organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions
Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus)
Proficiency English is a must; other European languages are an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with data visualization best practice.
